Contacting Customer Support for a how-to question.
I am wanting to get in contact with customer support for a seller/buyer question.
The Help and contact us option just loops and I have no way to contact a person. Can anyone help?
I am trying to help a buyer who wants to order several "choose your card" and get combined shipping. They have purchased one of 8 cards they want but they cannot get to the combined shipping.
Is it possible for me to send an invoice for the cards they want? That way they can pay and I can ship. Thank you.

·3 years agoIf they are in the US, they add the items to their cart, then using a browser (not the app), there will be an option to request a total.
