I have called every number I can find to connect with a live representative, 10 in all. I get the same recording, telling me to go thru the online steps to get to the "call us". Finally, on try #10 I got that far. I was told to call a certain number and wait time was 2 min. It even gave me a one-time code to use. Guess what happened!? I got the same recorded message, telling me to go to the website, then disconnected the call. Why is it so hard to reach a live person? My issue is not listed in their options and only someone with access to their records could help me. The chat is also automated, so was little help. It gave me an option of go here, click this, then this, then this, over and over, then ask for someone to call me. The website has been changed so any path I tried didn't work. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Mentor3 years agoI don't know where you found those numbers, but eBay hasn't published a customer service # in three years. If you find numbers online, they will likely go to a scam site.

At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
