Contacting buyers on items stuck in the mail system.
I got a warning this morning from ebay, saying I had violated a rule. An item keeps showing it has been rechecked at a post office several times. I contacted buyer and let them know that I was watching the item and I think it should still get delivered as this has happened before. But if it doesn't arrive soon to please let me know.As I have done before with other customers. I have had 2 items this happened with and they were actually delivered. I had 1 that was not in 14 days so I refunded customer. That item was delivered months later.
What rule is this in violation of???? I did not ask customer to falsify anything. Just let me know if they do get item. Help, Thanks!!
