Contacting and alerting ebay about a transparent liar seller. Lying to ebay
THIS SELLER IS A COMPLETE LIAR. I CAN PROVE THIS AND NEED TO CANCEL THIS ORDER FOR A FULL REFUND ASAP! THEY ARE DECLINING THE CANCELATION REQUEST BY LAST MINUTE SAYING THEY HAVE MAILED THIS. THEY ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T MAIL THIS YET AS IT IS ONLY BEING MARKED AS MAILED AS SOON AS THEY SAW THE NOTICE REQUEST CASE FILED. IT IS A SUNDAY EVENING AND THERE IS NO USA MAILING ENTITIES OPEN AT THIS LATE AFTER OFFICE HOUR AND TIME! I'M DEMANDING MY FULL REFUND AND TO REPORT A DISHONEST SELLER ALL AROUND. I NEED TO REACH EBAY ON THIS.

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
