Contacting actual person at Ebay
I need to return an item or get a refund. The seller show does not accept returns. The item description is wrong and the seller appears willing to refund but is washing their hands of it and is leaving it to me to figure it out. Start a return just goes to a blank screen. I need to talk to a representative. It’s very clear EBay doesn’t give a rats **bleep** about buyers, only sellers. That’s why my eBay use has dwindled to almost nothing since Amazon.
