contacting a Watcher with a second offer after they missed the first deadline
a Watcher contacted me about having missed the window to accept my offer. I've never done this before and now now can't find any info on how to do this. Al the info on internet seems outdated..? I can"t even locate the Send Offer button they keep talking about. Please help?
