Contacting a seller with questions
I can't type in a question for a seller. I follow the instructions but when the box opens for sending messages there is no way to type in a question. I tried on my desktop and mobile device. I tried other seller and the same problem. What is wrong? What do I need to do to fix the problem.

Down at the bottom of the message form, just above the Send message button, type your message in the box that includes the text "Send message." Just type over that to compose your message, then send.
