Contacting a seller for more information
Anyone have any info on how to contact a seller for additional information on an item? I get to the window that I used to be able to ask for additional info BUT I can't type anything in the box now. Anyone having a similar issue?

·1 year agoIn that window that opens, just click/tap on the Send Message text at the bottom and type there. I know it's not particularly intuitive, it's supposed to visually mimic a text messaging or social media messaging app.
