Contacting a seller before buying an item

Question

I contacted seller to verify accuracy of an item and haven't received a response. I tried getting help from eBay, but just get Automated Assistant which is no help. eBay option to speak with representative is apparently no longer available. Reaching out to the community for some direction.

@clintowhan-0 To add to the reply from @disneyshopper , eBay can't answer questions about the accuracy of the item or the listing. That is an answer only the seller can give you.

Perhaps the seller is taking an extended weekend off due to the federal holiday on Monday. If you get no response, look for another seller.
