contacting a seller
Trying to reach a seller. I made a purchase, it was the wrong size so I asked to return it. The return request was closed and the item no longer shows in my purchases. I have the item number and seller name but do not know how to get ahold of them. It only allows me to reach out to the seller by clicking on an item. But the item is not there. Any help with getting in touch with a seller would be helpful. Thanks

Is it possible you made that purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

If not, try contacting the seller through the seller's feedback or profile page.

If you purchased as a guest you should have received a guest order email from eBay. If you find that email, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email and you should have an option to contact the seller.
