contacting a seller
Greetings ebay forum,
I am trying to contact a seller that has an item I need, BUT I can't verify the part thru their pictures, AND when I try to contact the seller, they are NOT accepting questions. I need to know, so I don't buy the item and get stuck with the wrong item, (they don't accept returns also- red flag ?)
Please advise. THANK you. ebay user.

If you are having problems with a Captcha, try another browser to rule out a browser issue. If you are using a VPN or a hotspot, those can cause issues with verification.
Not all sellers allow questions or reply to questions.
If a seller will not answer a polite question that you need answered to decide on a purchase, find another seller that can provide the info you need to purchase from.
If an item does not match the description, it can be returned for a refund regardless of the seller's stated return policy which applies to "remorse" returns.

There is no issue with 'captcha' ... i.e. the seller is NOT accepting questions, =nor are they accepting any returns, so I was assuming the no so good on this seller, here it is, and confirmed by you.
The sad part, is they have the item in better condition, then most after hunting for days on this item. I'll just have to wait it out, for the right seller...

Mentor11 months agoAh, you were discussing verifying the seller's part using the seller's picture -- I misunderstood. I thought you were getting a Captcha you could not complete when trying to send a message to the seller.
If the seller will not confirm the part the seller has is the part you need, then I agree you should keep looking for a seller that can provide the necessary assurance.
