Contacting a seller
I'm interested in purchasing an item but have a specific question on the power source to this item; a clock. I've sent two messages under CONTACT SELLER to two different sellers; one message 3 days ago; and 2 more messages today; and no response from either seller. What's the point of having the option to contact a seller if they either don't read messages or don't respond??? The customer service here sucks.

Mentor2 years agoSellers that don't respond to questions do not deserve your business. Even with the busy holdiays, they should make time to respond. Good sellers do answer questions.
