CONTACTING A REAL PERSON AT EBAY
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can send an email to eBay Customer support? I cannot seem to get past the chat assistant.

You will probably get better information from us who are live people, than you would get from eBay's hired 3rd party call/chat center. We would need to know the details of your issue to help you. Date purchased. Last estimated delivery date. Has the item been shipped yet? Have you received it and if so was it as described? Did tracking show Delivered, but you did not receive the package?

OP11 months agoI ordered the item below as a guest on 8/31/25.
The order was for an android cell phone that is supposed to work with AT&T service, but it does not.
Order #: 18-13509-44641
I asked to return the item as the description was inaccurate and the seller agreed to a return. However, the seller never provided a return label (they were paying return postage.) After several attempts to contact the seller with no success, and no success getting eBay to step in, I am stuck with this item.
