Contacting a previous bidder

I listed a "Buy it Now" item for sale, but also allowed for offers. I received a very low offer, and rejected it. Since no one has shown interest since then, I would now like to contact the individual who made the only offer I received to see if they are interested at the low price they offered. How do I contact them?

You can't. That offer is no longer active. If the buyer is still interested, perhaps he'll make a second offer. Or perhaps he has moved on to another seller already.

It's best to carefully consider an offer before responding to it. Your decision is binding.

If you primary goal is to sell the item ASAP, perhaps you should consider removing the offer option and lowering the Buy It Now price to a price you'll be happy with. Many buyers don't like the game playing associated with offers and just pass on listings that are listed with offers. You might attract one of these buyers and sell your item faster.
