Contacting a Person About Ebay Guarantee
I bought an item. It does not work. The seller wont refund. If I tey a refund request it tells me my item may be covered by the Ebay guarantee but doesn't give me a way to contact. The option is not listed under any of the "Help" page conacts. When I try to use the Paypal guarantee, they send me back to Ebay.

Mentor2 years agoIf an item is "not as described", you can file a case with eBay within thirty days of receipt:

The seller will be required to either refund directly or provide a prepaid shipping label or pay for tracked shipping to return the item, and then refund you within three business days of tracking showing delivery to the seller. If the seller does not cooperate, return to the case and ask eBay to step in and refund you.
