CONTACTING A LIVE PERSON AT EBAY ?
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON AT EBAY IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS - THE (A I ) ANSWERS ARE WORTHLESS AND THERE ANSWERS TO GETTING FEED BACK CORRECTED ARE STUPID - I REPORT FAKE ITEMS TO THEM AND THE ITEMS ARE STILL FOR SALE ? EBAY HAS GONE DOWN HILL OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS - JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION

Mentor2 years agoYou may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
eBay might not remove a listing just because one user complains, unless there is a blatant policy violation that does not require specialized knowledge to spot. The more independent reports eBay receives, the more likely eBay is to look into the listing further.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this link between 5am to 9:30pm Pacific Time:
