Contacting a live ebay agent for reporting felony sellers and getting assitance with refunds
It is IMPOSSIBLE to find a working phone number to speak with an actual ebay customer service agent. I am still dealing with an international seller who is selling countereit US silver dollars on ebay. I need to speak with a real live ebay agent. Any suggestions?

·6 months agoeBay doesn’t have an incoming phone number. You can request a call back from their outsourced customer service that may tell you they’ll do something about it, but they really can’t.
it IS against eBay policy to list counterfeit items, but with literally billions of listings eBay can’t vet them all (or even a fraction of them).
You can report the individual listings, but those decisions are made by AI and are unlikely to result in the items being taken down.
