Contacting a human at eBay
How do I contact a human at eBay via email? When I try the automated system, I am offered a call, but only to a US number, and I am not in the US. SNAFU + Catch 22.

Mentor4 months agoebay does not have an email address. Since you are located outside of the USA, the best that is going to happen is to chat via text using the HELP & CONTACT link.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service:
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
