Contacting a human at ebay

Question

I was unable to log onto ebay and forced to purchase an item as a guest. The purchase hasn't arrived. I am unable to action through my account as it was purchased as a guest. I cannot action through the guest account as it wants me to set up an account and will not link it to mine. I live outside the US and Canada so have been unsuccessful trying to organise a phone call through the virtual assistant. Any suggestions on how to contact ebay in this situation are greatly appreciated!

If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.

Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
