Contacting a buyer-listing more than 90 days old
I bought an item on preorder and sold it on EBay….in October 2022. It arrived today, but when I go to ship it

·3 years agoYou can't sell a preorder if you can't have it shipped to the buyer within 30 days.
You can contact Ebay and let them know you violated the presell policy and ask them what to do.

OP3 years agoWhen I go to ship it the item is no longer available because it is so long ago so I don’t have access to the buyer’s mailing address or contact info. Does anyone know how I can contact the seller or find the mailing address? Thank you
