Contacted someone with offer and contact was blocked?
Hello, I shot an offer to someone on an item. They declined, which is perfectly fine. They ended up dropping their price and I would purchase. Went to buy and I am blocked from contact or purchase? Any help? Thanks!

Most likely the seller added your account to their blocked buyer list after the offer interaction. Sellers can block buyers from purchasing or contacting them for many different reasons, and they are generally not required to explain why.
Unfortunately there usually is not much a buyer can do if a seller chooses to block them.
