I see you are located in SPAIN. The phone number is only for members located in the USA or Canada. If you are registered on ebay Spain, then you need to return to your home site and click on the HELP & CONTACT there.
Customer service is open 5am-10pm Pacific time.
If the problem is not specific to your account, you can ask your question here. Lots of experienced buyers and sellers who volunteer their time to answer questions about using ebay.
