How did you send messages to Ebay when Ebay does not have email service? And what was the reason for contacting Ebay?

OP2 years agoHi , we sent messages to eBay service , for feedback , because we resolved the customer 's problem , and we sent the message to the buyer , but no reply , then we sent the messages to eBay , also no reply , please check , thanks

As Ebay Mentors, we are Ebay members just like you. We cannot check your messages.
The Ebay buyer is not obligated to repond to your message to revise their feedback.
