Why does the Contact Support button not work? It just brings me back to the top of the page. How am I supposed to get help from an agent?

Browser or app? Latest version?
Try another browser to rule out an issue with your current browser or app.
You may be better off asking your general question here, or else reaching out to eBay customer service via Instagram direct message.

OP1 month agoThanks for the response. It’s not an issue with the browser. Everything is up to date. Unfortunately my question needs to be directed to an agent as it pertains to a payout issue. Thanks again.
