I can't contact the operator in any way, the dumb robot answers. He can only suggest that I get a call. But I don't need to call, I want to get help by text chat or by mail!!! I can never contact support..

OP5 months agoIn this case, there were two items in the lot, but only one item was actually shipped. The seller did this on purpose to make me think I was buying two items. As a result, I paid double the price. The support team could have required the seller to refund half of the cost without returning the item. However, I was unable to leave a negative review.

OP5 months agoCan't I set it in the settings that I live in the USA? How do they check that?
I have USA addresses everywhere.
And the warranty thing is nonsense, eBay doesn't protect the buyer at all!

OP5 months agoThe support service won't protect me in any way and won't refund my money... Once, I was deceived by a seller, and the support service did everything they could to harm me, forcing me to make a return on the product even though I had written to them that a return was not possible. As a result, I was unable to leave a negative review for the seller. I was severely deceived, and the support service was a complete waste of time.

Mentor5 months ago@tis_ak. That's because the seller is only responsible for returns from the address that they ship to. If you were able to return the item from the US address then you would get a refund. You have to use the return label that is provided in the case. The seller has the legal right to not refund until they get their merchandise back.

OP5 months agoI can't buy the lot, it gives me an error:
There is an issue processing your request.
Although I can buy all the other lots normally.
My main address and shipping address are in the USA.

Mentor5 months ago@tis_ak It sounds like you are shipping to a US forwarding location but actually live in another country. Some sellers do block buyers in countries they do not ship to. A seller pays an extra fee when a buyer is located in another country even though the ship to address is in the US.
Also be aware that the eBay Money Back Guarantee is voided when you use a package forwarding company. It is best to have the seller ship directly to your country or if they use the eBay International Shipping Program so that you have buyer protections.

The contact methods do vary based on topic and staffing.
We can answer 99% of questions right here. We know eBay's policies and procedures. An agent can't change the site policy.
