3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

@Comics-scifi_collectibles and @eburtonlab, thank you very much for taking a moment of your precious time to help me.
Your advise was very helpful. I communicated with an agent via the link on X but she asked me to follow the same steps you explain me here.
Actually, I paid for an item since August and during more a month I tried to arrange pick up but was unable as it is not palletized. After I was sick and unable to do the follow up.
I wrote the seller she said that the items is not available. As I didn’t share the pick up code with her I think that eBay could still help. However I cannot reach an eBay agent to help me. Because there is no option to choose the item as it is not in the recent buying list.
As an old man, I don’t manage well the things here on eBay. if someone has an idea about what I can do, I will greatly appreciate it.

Mentor9 months agoYou can only file a not received refund request within 30 days. An agent cannot extend the time limit.
Unfortunately you asked for help too late on eBay.
Contact your bank or credit card to file a chargeback for an item that was not received.
