contact seller when I purchased an item on safari from an eBay seller

I purchased an item on safari from an eBay seller. I want to return the item and I received approval to do so. I was told I would receive a return label by 10/02. I haven't received the label and I need to contact the seller. My order does not show up on eBay since I didn't place the order on eBay. Can anyone help me?

Where did you purchase the item? You will have to get a return label from that seller/platform. Since you stated the item was not purchased on ebay, then ebay cannot help you.
