contact seller pop up box won't accept text
I can't type into the contact seller popup box, which means I can't send the seller a question. Has anyone got a fix for this. Thank you in advance.

OP1 year agoThank you for your help. I finally got it to work. I must say EBay needs to work on it's interface and customer service which is lacking. The fact that they have not addressed this with a help page shocks me because I can't be the only person that's been running into this issue since they created the popup page. Their message area should be in the middle of the popup with the optional send a copy to the creator being nothing more than what the box says. Thanks again lady_madonna.
