Use the "contact" link in the listing or in your Purchase History. Click on the "Send message" text to enter your message text.

OP1 year agoThank you. I did do all that and still could not enter anything into the message area. When I click on send message, absolutely nothing happens. I may as well be clicking on some spot in the screen that is not a link.

When the new message flow rolled out some members had no idea where the typing field was on the new message flow ... I prepared the screen shot below for several members ... it is "hidden in plain sight" so to speak. If you already know this and are still having issues it could be a temporary glitch.
