Contact seller link disabled
I am unable to use the Ebay link to ask seller a question. After a purchase, the link on the auction page "message seller" will not connect. The same link on the invoice page "contact seller" will not connect.
Anyone else having this problem? I've been using Ebay over 25 years, know how the system works, and this is the first issue for this.

If you are using the iOS version of the app and having problems, try using a browser instead to contact your sellers. You may have to disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the app automatically by tapping and holding such a link and then selecting "do not open in the app".
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled.
You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
