Contact Seller doesn't work

Question

When I hit Contact Seller from a listing, I get the usual page of options. When I hit Contact Seller at the bottom of that page, a box appears at the right in which I'm presumably supposed to type my question. However, it's not interactive - it won't accept any text. Any advice?

@duke_moleman You need to click where it says Send Message to start typing. I wish it said Type Here instead.
