Contact Seller
The eBay system will not let me contact the seller to discuss options before I end up leaving negative feedback. I try to type the message to the seller but the eBay system does everything possible to keep it from happening.

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
