Why can't I contact sellers about listed items. The Bay website just does not let me do it.

Go to the listing page, click on "Contact seller".
Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"
In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question where it says "Send message"
Click on the "Send message" button.
Here is an example:
