Contact seller
Please explain the reason it is so Difficult to contact a seller? Either Ebay wont send message. “Something went wrong try again laterâ€. It does work Later either. Or seller does NOT respond. “Seller claims they respond in 24 hoursâ€. That hasn’t happened.

What message are you trying to send?
eBay may limit the number of messages that can be sent by accounts that are new or that have not been used in a while, and eBay will block messages that contain things that look like contact information to cut down on spam and scam messages.

OP1 year agoInteresting… i guess im just old school; i prefer a conversation verbally. I asked several questions to a “Sellerâ€. And they never answered. Very frustrating when u want purchase and the description doesn’t have enough information. I ordered the product and sure enough it didn’t met my expectations. Disappointing

Mentor1 year agoIf the seller won't respond to your questions, find another seller. If you go ahead and make the purchase without having your questions answered, you can do the following:
The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If the seller has a no returns policy, ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps the seller's No Returns policy if the item never arrives, or it is Not as Described. The No Returns policy is only good for buyer's remorse: changed mind, didn't like it, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. For those reasons, the seller can decline a return.
If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
