I purchased an item as a guest and the address was missing a number and it was returned. I am somewhat new to ebay and I am not able to connect with the vendor even after following the procedure suggested by ebay.
Any assistance welcomed.

Mentor2 years agoGuest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so to deal with a guest purchase you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the order details link in the email that you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.
