Contact number for seller support
I am a seller who sent a working phone in excellent condition to a buyer, I had sourced the packaging from a eBay seller. The packaging also had a cord for the phone but no adapter. Firstly I got a message that the item was not delivered. Then the buyer complained that they had burnt themselves, but the phone was working fine. When the case was closed they put in another complaint saying that the item was not as described and wanted a refund. They claimed that the battery was playing up. I have replied to the buyer stating that the phone was as described when I sent it. I have not started a refund as I believe the buyer has used a faulty adapter which has caused damage to the phone. I only sold the phone because I needed more gigs as it was working when I was using. I am new to selling as this is my first experience. I did not envisage this issue as I sold my phone in good faith and now I don’t know what to do as I cannot talk to any human about this situation.
Is there some way I can get help with my side of the transaction?
