For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order.

Thanks so much I was able to retrieve the order number with that info after much patience chatting with an automated rep till I got an option to receive a call back from a live rep. Thanks again
