eBay cannot give you any information about a purchase not made by your account. They do not have access to card numbers, so they cannot look up a charge.
If you are sure that you did not make the purchase, have no open offers and no one else in your home used your card, call your card issuer and report your card compromised. They will freeze the card, issue a new one and dispute the charge with eBay and any other charges you cannot identify.
