If unauthorized purchases appear in your eBay Purchase History contact eBay here:

https://www.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-account/get-help-hacked-account?id=4196

If the charges do not appear in your eBay account but only appear on a bank statement, contact your bank for details of the transactions or to dispute them and get a new card number issued.

eBay can only help if the purchases were made using your own eBay account, not if someone used your card number with a different eBay account. In that case, your bank can help.

I know this is posted on ebay community form, but this is the only way I have been able to voice my concerns. I want to know what these charges are on my bank statement. It can't be that hard to send your customer an update on what is going on, whether or not it is for a purchase or a bid.
