I've been trying to contact the Customer service of Ebay but to no avail (whereby the virtual assistant fail to connect to the agent). This is to demand refund for a undelivered item over 90 days old.

Mentor9 months agoYou are beyond the 30 day Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so Ebay cannot help you.
File a dispute with the funding source you used to pay for the item.
