Contact info for eBay?
I need to contact Amazon about a review a seller left on my account. Direct phone number or direct email for eBay would be very helpful. Seller lied, left very negative words (all caps) in my eBay buyer account, and trashed me as a Buyer. I finally got resolution by filing a dispute with my credit card company. Very concerned that other Sellers won’t sell to me due to her false comments.

The feedback the seller left is a policy violation.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service to ask to have it removed:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
