i bought pants that were not as described, seller told me no refund and it wont let me dispute the purchase? help!?? who can i call or email? there is no way to get any help from what I've found online. chat function is worthless, no one ever calls me

@acidic36 Sorry your item is not as described. As long as you chose a not as described return reason the seller can not deny the return.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
