Hi
I'm new seller living in Switzerland (Geneve) and I don't speak german. The ebay.ch is in german and most of its assistents doesn't speak english, but they told me some email adresses (last was costumer_de@ebay.com) but none of them works.
I'm trying to solve problems with informations in my bank account but I didn't succed even had sent my last bank statement. The ebay just continuing inform that "you need to update your banking information" but doesn't indicate WHICH information.
Can anybody please help me?
