contact ebay issues / no more mails when item is sold
Hi,
maybe here someone can help me with the issue, i have allready been extremely frustrated with this automated bot, i just want a mail adresse to contact ebay to explain my problem but he won't give it. Maybe someone here has it or can give it?
Or maybe someone knows the awnser here.
Since one month (when i upgraded to a shop) i don't get mails anymore when i sold an item, very frustrating to keep my service level up since now i need to log in once a day not to miss a shipment. I did all the obvious things (checked email adresse, checked if the box for mail in settings is still on, checked my spam folder, nothing...
so i just want this fixed since the fees are allready high and now i pay extra for a store, but the service level of customer support is rather frustrating, ... Everyone nowadays wants to work with automated robotsystems and AI, but it's not good if the bot is to stupid to understand...
thanks in advance if someone can help me on the issue
