Hi. How I can contact an agent for help? I tried using the chat, but they say they call but I never receive a call from them and don't have any number blocked. Is there a way to write to them by email or chat?

OP1 year agoThanks for your response. I want to ask for a time extension for returning an item. I have everything to send back the item, but right now I am out of the country, so I need an extension for a week.

Mentor1 year ago@maranti_96 eBay usually will not extend the return time from what is stated in the case. If you return after the return date you may not receive a refund.
Since you are outside of the country I recommend contacting eBay on Social Media
