Mentor1 year ago@nsartoris62 I recommend asking your question here first then if we can't help you I can give you the best contact method depending on your problem. We are experienced buyers and sellers and know eBay's policies and procedures.
Or if you prefer>>
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

OP10 months agoComics,
I did contact eBay and had multiple call backs. I even tried to report the seller using eBay’s online complaint service. Since the item was purchased over thirty days ago, eBay’s online system won’t let me send the report. Every time I try to submit my response this comes up “Something went wrong. Try again later.†Trust me I tried and about every initial response by eBay is “we can’t do anything since it’s older than thirty days.â€
Every representative that I talked to agreed with what was said in the paper trail through eBay, but nothing ever comes to fruition. That is why this is more of a shout out to the buyers.
I appreciate your advice and I thank you for your reply.

Mentor10 months ago@nsartoris62. Since it's past 30 days your only option is a chargeback with your funding source if the item is significantly not as described.
I understand that it's frustrating but eBay agents can't change site policy and extend the 30 day limit
