I have just refunded a buyer because he didn’t realise it was collection only which was very clearly stated. He lives in China and I’m in Somerset UK🤦â€â™€ï¸ It took him 3 weeks to work this out. The item sold for £150. I got £119 after fees. EBay has taken £130 back. How do I contact eBay to talk about this ?

Your Ebay fee's should be refunded.
