I am trying to purchase from a seller and wanted multiple items. Same item multiple of 2. Seller has 3 available. When i purchased only 1 was purchased. It showed as purchased and when I tried to change quantity or purchase another this is what it says in red letters.
Seller will only sell to a buyer once every 10 days.
I contacted seller and he looked into it as well. He never put that caveat on selling. what is my best recourse. I would like to get hold of customer service and spent more than 2 hours trying only to get stuck in a loop of questions with no answers. How can I get in que or contact someone besides the automated game...
