Ebay's acting real funny.
I have been attempting to contact them about their f-up.
They sold me 2 shipping labels.
The one I got at the post office, scanned from my phone, was the proper one. It shows that the gas mask and filters were DELIVERED.
The other shipping label they sent, I was supposed to print out.
My printer broke so I had to use the label
That was scanned from my phone that the post office printed out.
How do I contact these people?

If you purchased two labels and won't be using one of them, you have up to 28 days to cancel the unused label. You would then see your refund in approximately 21 days. You can cancel labels from your Shipping Labels page.
In the meantime, as a newer Seller, your funds will be held for up to 31 days in the event a Buyer requests a refund.
Ebay allows Buyers up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.
Once you have additional successful sales, eBay should start releasing your funds sooner.
