Are you talking about this as a Buyer or Seller? If as a Seller make sure you didn't inadvertently purchase two labels, if you did you can Cancel the one not being used on this page via the drop down menu on the left: Track and manage your shipments
If as a Buyer you can certainly try reaching out to eBay via some of the options below that we share with members. We know it is frustrating trying to speak with eBay but they are not alone in complicated Customer Service ...
You have some options:
We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.

-Contacting eBay via Social Media:
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

Do you have two tracking numbers on the sold item?
Check here> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
If yes then you just need to cancel the label that was not used from the drop down menu next to the label here> https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
The postal carrier then refunds you in about 3-4 weeks.
If that is not the problem are you sure that it was another charge for the shipping label. eBay's payout info can be confusing. Check your all transactions page here> https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true
You might be seeing a charge for the label and another charge for other fees.

We know you are angry and upset because you are not sure what happened but both @comics-scifi-collectibles and I have given you some things you can check on your own account before needing to speak to or being in contact with eBay. Could this be a glitch in their system and what you think happened actually did? Sure, but you have the power to eliminate that as either a possibility by some checking procedures on your account or a reality and need more support than we can provide here for you.
